Search Remotely April 2023 Running Remote Conference

It’s spring season. Spring 2023 is the advent of innovation, growth and even re-birth. This is so true with the expanding movement of remote work, working from home and working from anywhere!

Search Remotely is pleased to announce that the April 2023 is the time when the world’s largest remote work conference, Running Remote, is held. Running Remote is hosting a live event in Lisbon, Portugal, April 25 – 26, 2023.  Almost 9,000 participants and 300 industry speakers will be gathering in person and online to explore best strategies on remote and hybrid work, company culture, and workforce management in 2023 and beyond.

You can expect to hear from  C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, founders and human resources professionals on what’s new , what’s effective, and what’s up and coming as it relates to remote-first and hybrid companies.

Speakers at this monumental event are industry leaders with extensive experience and demonstrated success leading and managing remote-first, remote and hybrid teams as well as remote freelancers.

The lineup of more than 50 world renown experts include David Allen, creator of the GTD framework, Sunaina Lobo, Chief HR & People Officer at Marqeta, Brian Elliott, Head of Future Forum & SVP at Slack, Annie Dean, Global Head of Team Anywhere at Atlassian, and Darren Murph, Vice President of Workplace Design and Remote Experience at Andela.

The exiting event will be held for two days. The conference has scheduled almost 20 hours of professional development and professional networking opportunities. Speakers seek to provide answers to the most common remote team challenges ranging from corporate culture, hiring and onboarding, communication, engagement, team motivation and collaboration, and change management.

While you are learning so much, there will also be time for socializing, networking and question and answer session. Opportunities to connect with remote and hybrid leaders before, during, and after the event are what makes this remote event so popular.

The event is still open for registration in-person or virtual attendance, but seats are expected to fill up quickly.  Participant evaluations of previous Running Remote events suggest that 93% of 2022 attendees reported that the event met or exceeded their expectations and 95% said they’ll be booking again in 2023.
