Petersburg WHAT YOU WILL DO Maintain organizational structure elements such as organizational units, organizational units hierarchy, positions, manager’s positions in SAP HR according to submitted requirements and following corporate guidelines; Prepare necessary documents for employees, i.e. new hires package, employment contracts, contractual agreements, work certificates, appendix etc.
; Process and maintain correctness of employee records (SAP) – employee data, changes in employment conditions, absences, additional information, etc. Ensure data and documents readiness for payroll run; Verify validity of employee documents (expiry dates of contacts and other documents); Process employee’s requests on reference documents issued on behalf of employer (i.e.
prepare and deliver reference letters for visa, loans, tenancy, pension fund, etc.); Provide data and reports on a regular basis or upon requests for various needs and different business functions (i.e.
Local P & C, EHS, Security, Legal, Finance); Perform established data quality controls and follow up on identified data quality issues. WE EXPECT FROM YOU University degree; 2-3 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, preferably with hands on SAP HR experience. Experience in an administrative role is a plus; SAP CRM knowledge is highly preferred; Profound knowledge of HR Administration and Organizational Management processes; Good understanding of Organizational Management principles and Payroll needs; Fluency in English (written and spoken); Excellent team player, open minded and flexible.
