The Role : – Initial contact with all our future customers, finding and developing new markets, and also for helping to recruit and set up the sales process and team. – Develop a deep understanding of business, financials, products and services, and the market/needs and challenges of prospects and ensure sales goals are achieved.
– Sales Intelligence- coordinating with partnership leads to understand sales focus for the quarters, building relevant company lists and finding right POCs within these companies for outreach, sending out initial emails to prospects, setting up meetings between stakeholders – Sales Cycle Assistance- collaborating with internal teams to build necessary information for potential clients, follow-ups, assisting the sales team in preparing material. Qualification and Skills : – Degree in business, marketing, digital marketing, or any other related field. We are willing to also consider candidates with excellent research skills who may not have business degrees – 2- 4 years of experience as an SDR in B2B technology space ( email and digital media) preferably in a startup environment – Experience in working with accounts in the US, UK markets would be a plus – Excellent written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented – High customer orientation and business acumen – Ability to organize projects simultaneously and keep an eye on the details – Previous experience on CRMs like Freshworks, Salesforce – Interpersonal skills as well as the will and ability to cooperate with people from other departments and managerial levels – Data-driven mindset, you are able to make decisions without requiring too much guidance We are always on our toes to implement best practices and strategies to our work.
