Purpose As an Assistant Manager Membership HYPE at adidas, your task is to assist in the execution of digital campaigns and consumer engagement plans for the CONFIRMED app. You will collaborate with stakeholders in Digital and BUs to deliver/implement campaigns, lifecycle programs and projects for the Hype consumers. Additionally, you will support in the creation of clear requirements and alignment briefs for relevant parties, ensuring the implementation is in line with the objectives and positioning of the CONFIRMED app.
Key Accountabilities Scope: Assist in the digital execution of selected activation campaigns, lifecycle programs or projects for the CONFIRMED app Lifecycle Communications Support the creation and execution of meaningful and effective onboarding, engagement and reactivation programs on the CONFIRMED app. Programs are delivered primarily through e-mail and push notifications but may also leverage other channels where relevant. Partner with the Consumer Analytics team to extract actionable insights from data, using these insights to evolve communications to convert, engage and re-activate.
Season Plan Execution Support the execution of digital campaigns and seasonal projects across all stakeholders, including initial briefing, creative and technical development, integration and localization, user testing and optimization. Support the execution of digital projects and campaigns e.g.
reporting, presentations, workshops etc. Optimization Contribute to the development of digital tools and frameworks in close cooperation with the Product Owners Collaborate with stakeholders of the BUs and markets, contributing to best practices for digital activation and lifecycle campaigns for Hype consumers Communication Provide continuous transparency on status of own activities. Requirements Education & Professional Experience Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2 years of experience working within an eCommerce environment Experience in product management, working in an agile/SCRUM mode is a plus Experience in managing the implementation/running of campaign delivery organizations Experience/involvement in working in and understanding of the adidas Brand Marketing organization is a plus Soft-Skills Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities High resilience and solution oriented attitude Hard-Skills Advanced knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies Advanced knowledge of digital IT products and capabilities Fluent in English both verbally and written
