For our site in Linz (Austria) we are currently looking for an Business Analyst SAP HR (f/m/d) Remote in Austria, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia Please note, that we are open for working remotely – especially during your onboarding it is mandatory to come to our site in Linz.

To get a better of your team/ our products we would like you to come to our site 1-3 times/ month (details can be negotiated). Your tasks: Acts as an IT business partner for the divisional business unit leadership teams within the commercial functions. The IT business partner understands the business and IT strategies providing input to both business and IT leadership thinking and priority management Determines priorities based on business needs and champions/manages IT focused business programs, projects, and enhancements with the shared services.

Partners with the site lead of IT and other IT Business Analysts to translate business strategy and plans into an IT roadmap that meets the needs of the Microbiology business while optimizing the technology investment. Drives IT aspects of key business initiatives including integration of new acquisitions, process optimization, regulatory improvements/requirements and other projects as they become prioritized. Works with Shared Services and local IT development teams to provide leadership in the implementation of company approved enterprise systems, application software, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Develops future state organization focused on business transformation and process optimization. Assures budgets and schedules are met. Complies with company’s Global IT Policies & Procedures.

Your profile: Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Information Technology and a functional discipline covering SAP HR modules with particular reference to manufacturing operations. Significant experience working with a manufacturing business using SAP HR including roles on SAP projects and/or operating as an SAP key user Working knowledge of ABAP, able to explain basic ABAP statements and debug bespoke code. Ability to quickly understand the business needs/requirements and to translate this to actionable IT solutions.

Qualifications/completed courses in requirements gathering a plus. Proven project management skills and understanding of the benefits that a standard project management lifecycle can deliver. Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills in both a business context and an IT context.
