What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end go-to-market service offeringEstablish thought leader reputationWork with colleagues to establish and maintain a vision for relevant supply chain business consulting service offerings and related success matricesAbility to plan and facilitate workshops with client leadersCapable to drive innovation efforts around process and capability improvements and offeringsEngage with clients to understand their strategic challenge(s) and architect solutions that result in measurable business benefitsIdentify additional opportunities to provide value-added service and work with Sales and Account Management to capitalize on those opportunitiesStrong experience and comfort with daily client leadership interactions in English. Dutch speaking is a plusWhat You Have8 Years work experience in supply chain management, field service & repair experience/maintenance is preferredPrevious consultancy experience or an international environment would be an advantageUnderstanding of Field Service & Repair activities in Healthcare Settings or manufacturingUnderstanding of how IoT sensor data can drive actions and decisions for leased devices at customer locationsExperience leading and supporting sales pursuits, strong business network is preferredPassion of continuous learning. Familiarity of digital trends and emerging technology and their application in the supply chain domainExperience leading and managing supply chain program and project delivery as a leader and/or an external consultant with a good grasp of expectations of, and challenges faced by, client’s supply chain leaders dailyExperience leading and growing teams either within an organization or an external consultantDeep process mapping and development experience.
