Business Development Manager (Remote) Cape Town based company is seeking a young, sales driven entrepreneur for an exciting new start-up venture in Gauteng. Location: Johannesburg Type: Temp to Perm The role revolves around good communication and duties will include: Generating sales leads Seek directions and ways to grow the company Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings Planning and preparing sales presentations Communicating new product developments to prospective clients Promoting business and products Managing sales and developing processes that drive sales as well as meeting sales goals Writing reports Providing management with feedback Supervising staff Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: Bachelors degree in business or equivalent Strong sales skills to initiate and close sales Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience in products and services in the construction/mining/large industries e.g.
supplies/plant/hygiene/hiring/security/SHE services and similar. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work in an independent environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and target driven Computer literate Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism Remuneration package: High Incentive based remuneration structure. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
