We are looking for a seasoned Finance Executive with business partner profile. Experience leading large teams remotely in LatAm is a MUST. Our client is a large-sized global player in the Services / Consulting segment, with strong presence in Brazil and most LATAM countries – as well as leadership footprint all over the world.
Owns the Regional P&L and RoCE planning, execution and results reporting and analysis, proposing and executing strategic or tactical actions in order to deliver Annual Operations Plan. Designs, implements and/or manages regional financial control structure in conjunction with Regional SSC. Identifies and manages diverse risks.
Ensures adequate controls and procedures to support planned growth. Oversees compliance with established corporate policies and procedures. Assists in identifying and evaluating possible internal and external expansion and business development opportunities.
Oversees and supports the day-to-day Financial BP Operations. Support for SSC Transactional Finance function including treasury, tax and accounting, billing and collection. Directly supervises regional FP&A.
Orchestrates SSC Transaction Functions Service to Operations. Establishes and manages relationships with outside entities including banks, insurance companies, accounting, external audit and legal firms in the LATAM Region. Conducts competitive and market analysis.
Performs profitability analysis. Acts as Legal representative of Company in Country and/or Region. Leads special Projects related to Finance and Business Transformation.

Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities. Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.
Able to quickly learn new systems and technology. The MANDATORY requirements (WILL NOT BE OVERLOOKED): Hands-on business/operational experience directly managing / supervising employees or regional functions in Latin America. Working in a corporate environment with a Shared Services Center setup.
