Chief People Officer (m/f/d) YOU DO As our Chief People Officer you will manage the most important capital of our organization – our employees You are acting as the top people strategist and are responsible for our HR & Talent Acquisition teams based in Germany, Poland and China. The team currently counts 8 employees and will be expanded to 14 employees in the near future.
Your job is to optimize people-centered activities such as hiring, training, professional development, and performance management to ensure these efforts support the company’s growth and bottom line. You provide creative and insightful solutions to critical HR issues and advise other members of the executive team accordingly. You will have a sound business partnership based on trust, honesty, and constant communication with whole c-level management.
You are the “heart and soul” as we operate an open-door policy and our employees should find empathy and passion for personnel issues and work-related requests You manage the responsibility of the HR processes in administration, payroll, employee support, process of onboarding, personnel development, bonus agreements You manage the responsibility of the recruiting processes in talent acquisition, active sourcing and employer branding You establish a sustainable training system, independent individual coaching of the executives when needed and an in-year survey of training needs You build a strong reporting to analyse and optimize the business processes in connection with a strategic succession planning You decide if new tools are needed to make the day-to-day process as efficient and measurable as possible Close cooperation and coordination with external service providers and cross-functional support in projects YOU ARE Strategic thinking skills to work with the CEO and executive team to set direction Cross-functional business understanding and the conceptual skills to shape the organization to meet tomorrow’s demographic challenges The courage and decisiveness, to prioritize, to succeed and move forward A high level of technical understanding for modern tools in HR and recruiting to drive efficiency and to drive innovation with technology solutions Legal literacy to ensure a culture of compliance and integrity at every level of the organization Operational ability to ensure that the transactional aspects of HR are well executed in a world of fast-moving and changing expectations EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE A minimum of 5 years of experience at a HR leadership level Successfully completed degree with a focus on personnel management or a similar qualification Experience in managing an international team on various locations Experience with transformation processes from start-up to a mature international company Thrives in a dynamic environment and able to work on various projects simultaneously, requiring hands-on-mentality as well as strong organizational and time management skills Practical knowledge in the implementation of HR tools and data-based evaluations Fluent in English and willingness to travel regularly between Germany and Poland YOU GET FUTURE.
