Territory may be geographic/ country, set of accounts, industry or market segment.
Leads the business expansion, management and/or delivery of services and solutions for existing clients while achieving profitable revenue growth for Unisys. Builds the business and long-term client relationships, and cultivates service opportunities by driving innovation and establishing engagements to ensure profitable revenue growth for Unisys. Sets the overall strategy within their set of accounts and develops other client account executives within the region to achieve growth and profitability.
In collaboration with sales, service delivery and commercial management organizations, will manage and deliver client programs which may involve multiple service streams; manage orders, revenue, gross margins, implementation of services, SLAs, customer satisfaction, client business planning, contract renewals, governance, reporting structures for key accounts, billings, risk mitigation, and account remediation plans should they be required.You will be successful in this role if you have:Key Qualifications: Demonstrated and consistent ability to build and manage complex (e.g.
, multi-country) and large-scale accounts and to achieve growth, productivity and profitability targets. Has actively participated in establishing operating plan targets for the account team and driven the operational cadence needed to achieve the plan. Strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry and/or managed services expertise, the required technical skills and a thorough knowledge of the marketplace, competition and suppliers in order to leverage the Unisys value proposition.
Professional service experience leading large-scale, complex accounts.
