Consumer Review Platform – Engagement Moderation (UK Based) Part Time
Our client provides a platform for consumer reviews, empowering consumers to share feedback at any time with businesses and other consumers, while finding businesses they can trust. For businesses, it’s a powerful way to listen and respond to consumers, improve their offering, and earn trust.
As part of the Content Integrity team, you’ll follow a set of complex workflows to ascertain whether a review is fair and valid, ensuring that reviews posted on the platform are all trustworthy.
Ideal availability – between 4 am and 6 pm PST
Moderation experience required
Excellent writing skills required
Ability to diagnose and appropriately respond to customer comments/concerns|
Ability to clarify and reinforce a brand’s reputation
Experience managing complex workflows
Utilizing empathy in all your responses
Knowing how to be an extension of a client’s brand
