We are looking to hire a customer support agent to help students from our international cohorts (mainly from the USA) throughout the learning process, answering their questions, relieving their doubts, and solving technical issues. You will communicate with them overnight from 10pm Moscow time (GMT 3). As a customer support agent you will: Help students by answering their questions in chat rooms and social networks; Accompany the learning process, communicate with the student guidance team; Work with a large amount of information and structure it accordingly.
