- Provide expert support for developer needs and relations using available tools & resources.
- Help developers resolve minor technical issues.
- Maintain and own ongoing contact needs via phone, email, text & video.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONSYour skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Developer Support Representative role include:
- 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED, with preference of college degree work.
- Minimum 2-years experience supporting customers via a combination of phone, email, &/or chat.
- Live within 35 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.
- You will utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to show those skills.
- Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be a key need in this position and these skills will be reviewed from start to finish throughout your application and hiring process.
