com business and partnership with the support of the sales & marketing team and alignment with the eCommerce team. This position will report directly to the President of Home Depot North America and will lead the overall sales strategy of Stanley Black & Decker products on Home Depot’s digital platforms. This Director will lead a team of highly-motivated individuals to drive exponential growth in this space.

You also have:3 years leading a team of eCommerce professionals 8-10 years professional experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably focused in consumer goods and retail. direct sales or channel marketing experience preferred, ideally with revenues of $100 million Strong eCommerce acumen balanced with an entrepreneurial mindset and action Referenceable track record in developing talent and driving results in the team environment Strong analytical skills including digital benchmarking and catalog architecture Solid business understanding including the handling of financial data balanced with the ability to develop and manage budgets, pricing strategies and ROAS Analysis and contribute to the BU achieving profitability targets Exceptional leadership presence and superior Interpersonal skills- proficient in written and verbal communications Prior sales management and key account sale experience Demonstrated success in innovative problem solving negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes Ability to organize, prioritize and adapt to change– strong attention to detail and follow through required Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP Ability to work cross-functionally at multiple levels within the business unit (Marketing, Product, Engineering, etc) Willingness to travel- 10% Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent exceptional work experience What You’ll Do We are building out a strategic leadership team for North America to strengthen our transformational journey and bring to life our exponential growth strategy in digital commerce. As Director of Home Depot eCommerce, North America GTS, you’ll lead the overall strategy of Stanley Black & Decker products on Home Depot’s digital marketplaces.
Reporting directly to the President, Home Depot North America, you play an integral role in driving our organization through and to its digital future. Specifically, you will: Lead a team for the homedepot.com business accounts Devise & Implement a digital strategic sales plan for Home Depot businesses, with focus on core growth, promotional planning/execution, and margin improvement Partner with eCommerce and commercial teams to establish eCommerce -specific goals, strategies and playbooks to drive total Interconnected Strategy with short-term and longer-term growth targets.
Work with Channel and Marketing teams to track eCommerce promotional effectiveness, identifying and implementing growth initiatives to achieve strategic goals.
