Based in the Netherlands you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of talented Account Managers, identifying, developing, and motivating a highly talented team who deliver value to the company’s business.
You will play a play a hands-on role within the field sales organisation in this customer facing and highly visible position, including direct participation in closing deals at key accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral part of a dynamic and fast growing next generation cybersecurity company, and you will have the opportunity to take the business to the next level.Reporting to the Area Vice President, Benelux the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing strong business relationships with major enterprise customers and resellers, whilst attaining key performance objectives and revenue goals.
Your day-to-day Recruit, lead, coach, inspire and manage a talented team of senior enterprise sales executives, working with Sales Management to meet and exceed your sales ARR targetsDeveloping sales strategies to penetrate new accounts, particularly accounts above 2500 employees.Direct interaction with and development of large customer opportunities / accounts.Define and report on metrics to measure performance of sales activities, accurately forecast and present deal analysis Create and execute both strategic and tactical plans to significantly increase our revenue and market shareCollaborate with the Channel Sales organization to define Partner plans and work with the Channel to drive incremental revenueMaintain up to date knowledge of company’s competitive positioning in the marketplaceCollaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption, and to meet and exceed customer satisfactionWhat you bring to the team Experience in hyper growth and building out fast moving organisations at scaleProven record of leading and managing a successful Enterprise sales team as well as a hunger for success beyond targets and sustained growthExpert team builder, team player and leader who understands you win as a team, and has the ability to inspire and create loyalty, trust and respect across not only their team, but also cross-functionallyExisting influential customer relationships and able to understand the security threat landscape, and become the trusted advisor of the CISO and/or CIOExtensive local eco-system knowledge in the cyber security market (Resellers, Alliances and System Integrators)Excellent knowledge of market and good contacts with large enterprises in the regionAbility to use SFDC effectivelyBachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferredFluent Dutch and English is required, the addition of French or German would also be a distinct advantage.
