eCommerce Manager

Reporting to the Country Manager, the eCommerce Manager is responsible for the overall eCommerce function and strategy, driving online growth of their portfolio through increased revenue and market share. With rapid growth in the local market, they are now looking for an eCommerce Manager who can bring their passion and skillset to the team, overseeing and growing the existing eCommerce function trough affiliated channel partners.

Description The key areas of responsibility include (but not limited to): Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to seamlessly manage eCommerce operations Own P&L for the ecommerce business. Ensuring topline revenue is achieved Manage owned websites – regular content reviews & updates when necessary, price review, product detail management Working with external stakeholders to develop and execute eCommerce strategies Develop programs effectively for improving brand presence, customer experience, and increased sales and retention rates Oversee digital inventory management in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring all eligible products are optimised for eCommerce and digital conversion. Manage accurate project delivery to budget and deadline.
