Sauce Labs is ramping up our Customer Success team to proactively help key customers be successful. This is an opportunity to join a high performing CSM team making a strategic contribution to the success of Sauce Labs. You’ll be working with our German Enterprise customers to build relationships and guide them through their journey in Test Automation and Continuous Delivery. This is a remote role, preferably based in Western or Southern Germany, with travel to our Berlin office, as needed.
