The team is within the Group Business Support Services (GBSS) which includes Facilities Management delivered by a global vendor partner. GBSS is also responsible for Capital Projects, Corporate Travel, Business Integrated Services that include Remote Executive Support, Printing, Archiving, and Language Translation services. Support of the South East Asia Lead within the Global Workplace and Employee Services (GWES) tower of GBSS: the key role will be leading our vendor team to deliver stable and consistent facilities services (including client/staff catering) across Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Australia whilst driving efficiencies without compromising on standards.
Act as GBSS (“Business Partner”), being aware and offer transparency to the Business on the delivery of wider suite of GBSS services across your Sub Region and act as an innovative solution provider to the Business for all Facilities Management situations Delivery of Small Projects (Moves and Changes) and coordinate with Operational Space Management and Capital Project Management teams to deliver on various building projects in the region. Implementation of standards and processes to ensure globally consistent delivery of services as well as opportunities to enhance user experience. Business Continuity preparedness: ensuring adequate and timely support from GBSS in case of BCM related events.
More recently, GBSS has seen significant involvement in the Bank’s COVID-19 response to support the health and safety of our staff. Between 3 – 5 years of relevant Facilities Management experience of managing multiple facilities as well as a basic understanding of facility infrastructure and its associated challenges A self-motivated, strong leader having previously worked as a team leader at a major global organization. A clear understanding and practical experience of vendor management, having been responsible for delivery of facility services through a vendor partner within a global organization.
Proficient in Vendor Management, controls and outsourcing oversight Prior work experience for a Financial Institution is preferred with familiarity with outsourcing frameworks and obligations of outsourced vendors as prescribed by Regional Banking regulators. Demonstrated project management skills through small real estate change projects Experience in preparing and managing facilities services budgets. Strong leadership and decision-making skills in a multinational and culturally diverse environment.
