Strategy, budget and P&L management including Budget planning Business performance review with regional suppliers Structure, communication and quarterly review/optimisation If required, structure and submit application for finance for farming organisations 3. Food safety standards & quality control Structuring and implementation of country specific company food safety standards project rollout Product specifications (microbial, chemical, pesticides, colour, Azodyes, moisture, HPLC SHU) Consistency of product QA Innovation and NPD for products sold globally in retail globally by our FMCG business 4.
Socio-economic impact reporting Economic model design and optimisation Responsible for theory of change design Impact survey architectural design Providing training to employees to help with our measurement tool aligned with an external business Demonstrating the purpose driven work to the broader business community Host Mozambique/brand heritage tours through brand immersion Facilitate brand building tours and develop on-Farms experience 5.
