com/ . At Dalstrong we’re hiring for an all-star Financial Analyst to join our remote team Whether you’re a hobbyist or a pro, our aim is to enhance the experience of our clients’ culinary creations. This is a full-time position with flexible hours and you will be reporting to our FP&A Lead.

If you’re a detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated Financial Analyst, we’d love to hear from you Who You Are (Requirements) Fully fluent in English. Experience in e-Commerce, Shopify and Amazon Listing is a plus Finance, Economics, Accounting and or/relevant experience Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, negotiating and influencing skills Proficient in MS Excel; including pivot tables and vlookups, and other excel formula Experience with NetSuite is a plus Hard-working, resourceful, self-motivated, detailed, and responsible. Ability to work independently and multi task Inventive and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually streamline the department and suggest new ideas on a regular basis while working in a complex, global environment and managing competing deadlines and priorities Ability to interact with all levels of management to ensure the business meets all financial and operational targets Willingness to work for a single employer exclusively Capacity to work additional hours if needed What You’ll Do You will analyze material or unusual actual cost variances from budget.

You will interact with various corporate functional leaders for necessary research. You will conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. You will review, analyze, and compare monthly and quarterly operating department financial results and key performance indicators against budget and forecast and other internal benchmarks.

You will utilize judgment to recommend when policies and procedures need to be changed. You will assist with month-end close responsibilities (Executive reporting package with financial statements reporting, KPIs, contribution margin, product mix, and variance explanations). You will run timely financial reports, make FP&A leads aware of any changes to data that may affect established reports.
