For a daughter company of a successful international company working in the field of medical devices technology we are looking for a Finance Manager to be based in Sao Paulo.Your role:Manage the accounting process and external accounting team and closely cooperate with Operations Coordinator in preparation of all documents for accounting, tax, financial and other Cash management, working capital management, inventories, receivables and liabilities Manage bank accounts, provide most effective external financing tools incl. loans, leasing, renting, financing of clients, manage corporate financing, including Intercompany reconciliation with all LGSE companies Financial reporting (preparation of corporate monthly reports, reports for quarterly business review meetings, annual consolidation, etc.

) Boost financial efficiency – profitability growth, deal profitability calculation and operational cost, tax optimization Guarantee fulfillment of all responsibilities to local tax and other authorities and financial and accounting documents in accordance with the local and international legislation Allocation of work capacity 70% in Brazil, 30% in Mexico (with necessary travels) Actively participate in implementation of ERP in Linet Brazil and improvement of ERP in Mexico, operation of LGSE consolidating system Responsibility for operations coordinating the byck office processes – order intake, stock management and deliveries Control logistic and purchase efficiency Ensure the processes to meet the corporate standards and quality Reporting directly to Managing Director Brazil; dotted line Managing Director Mexico and Group CFORequirements: You should be based in Sao Paulo and be able to travel to Mexico on a regular bases At least 5 years of experience in similar position in financial/accounting management with proven excellent track record Positive and self-motivated personality driven by achievements Knowledge of Brazilian accounting and tax system and IFRS and MSc. or similar in Finance/Accounting in Brazil Obligatory: to be able to communicate in English and Portuguese; desirable: Spanish General PC skills: MS Office, ERP, accounting software Willing to travel (mainly domestic travels – e.g.
