You have previous experience of working in Talent Development or HR/People Operations roles in a fast-paced environment. You have experience in devising and implementing effective, scalable and empowering L&D strategies You’re able to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels, gaining their acceptance, and driving change. You are intellectually curious, and you can bring valuable insights into the team and business.
You are practical, pragmatic and emotionally intelligent with a good sense of humor. You are an excellent graduate with a degree of a high-ranked university You feel comfortable in international, dynamic environments and have spent a longer period abroad during your studies or work Empathy and knowledge of human nature as well as absolute discretion and trustworthiness is a huge part of your personality. You have excellent English skills
