The Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a pivotal leader in the Finance team, responsible for shaping financial strategy and supporting senior living operations. This position offers a competitive salary of $215,000/year plus a 25% bonus, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with strategic goals
- Design and deliver financial training for community and regional leaders
- Oversee financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions and enhance operations
- Continuously refine FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies
- Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, promoting growth and teamwork
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in financial management, preferably in senior living or multi-unit operations
- Strong proficiency in financial systems like Workday, DOMO, OnShift, Salesforce, and PointClickCare
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience in assisted living real estate is a plus
