Hybrid Treasury Manager – base up to $145,000/yearAre you a finance professional with a knack for managing cash portfolios and improving processes? We’re looking for a Treasury Manager to join our Boston office and report to the Vice President of Finance.What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic support for treasury management functions
- Lead process improvements and automate workflows
- Manage our Treasury Management System
- Handle operational working capital and ensure timely payments and collections
- Manage Capital Call Facilities for Growth Equity Funds, ensuring accurate draws, repayments, and interest payments
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in finance or treasury, with at least 2 years in management
- Experience with treasury management systems and financial software
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
