  • Bachelor Degree in business, technical field, education, or science/ath required
  • 5 years(iniu) of project anageent experience required
  • 2-3 HR syste ipleentations experience preferably with SAP/SuccessFactors
  • HR experience preferred
  • SAP/SuccessFactors preferred
  • Proficient in S Office, including S Project and Visio
  • Effectively counicates and influences all levels of the organization
  • Deonstrated analytical and process engineering ability

Responsibilities:The HR Project anager will anage the resources, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects; iddle to high levels of coplexity.Projects ay have internal and/or third party technology including SAP/SuccessFactors.The P ust plan and onitor project tasks, identify risks, identify issues, and drive resolution of issues.The P will build project plan schedules by using project anageent tools, accounts/tracks resources, deliverables, ilestones, and identifying critical paths.The P will anage interdependencies with other HR and IT workstreas, resources, deliverables, and initiatives.P will identify and anage scope creep while providing succinct and clear status presentations to all levels of anageent.The P will facilitate and docuent workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder eetings.Additional Responsibilities:
