Develop and maintain relevant training interventions which supports the achievement of the Learning and Development objectives What will make you successful in this role? • Providing support to the business by integrating technology into the curriculum and working with the business to successfully implement learning technologies • Assessing instructional needs within the business and identifying applicable solutions to enhance learning • Development of instructional content used to support online, blended and face-to-face learning interventions • Assisting with the development of web based and multimedia instructional materials to support learning and development • Designing, developing and delivering technical training on current technologies and new initiatives in the area of instructional technology through web-based tutorials, instructor-led and face-to-face workshops, remote web-conference sessions, and online self-paced training programs. • Scoping and managing research and design projects as and when required • Designing training workshops in relation to content, structure and process • Rolling out of new training including pilots and train-the trainer sessions • Maintaining, updating and reviewing of existing training content Knowledge and Skills • Computer literacy • Written and verbal communication • Knowledge of Rapid Development tools • Knowledge of Articulate Storyline (advantageous) • Knowledge of Instructional Design Methodologies • Aanalysis and scoping skills • Design and develop learning material • Develop and assess facilitators • Project management • Research skills • Adult Learning Principles and different learning styles/types • Training assessment and evaluation • Training Needs Analysis processes • Financial Services Knowledge (highly advantageous) Qualification and Experience • Matric • IT WEB development qualification ( diploma / degree) • A relevant professional qualification (e.
g.
