Investor Information Associate Senior Role summary: The Investor Information Associate Senior will work within the Investor Services team (IST), supporting CG’s Luxembourg, UK & Australia domiciled funds.
The role entails helping to maintain current the infrastructure (funds & share classes) and related processes, notably official investor communication from the funds to shareholders, UCITS product data and Key Investor Information Document (KIID) production & dissemination to external parties – including data vendors. The role also includes delivering on internal / external client reporting requirements and ensures that investors’ and internal client queries are answered in a consistently prompt & professional manner. Based in the Singapore office, the candidate will develop greater understanding and ownership of products, regulators and financial intermediaries based in Asia & Australia, whilst also contributing to the global team duties.
Responsibilities: Ensures information related to active products and share classes is up to date and available for internal and external reporting purposes Produces and disseminates operational templates for financial intermediaries Coordinates the provision of fund and share class-level static and dynamic data, specifically funds’ holdings, to data vendors Ensures availability and accuracy of funds’ literature on public CG websites Assists in the production & dissemination of UCITS KIIDs Supports the share class registration process in various jurisdictions Coordinates new share class launches and terminations with internal departments and external service providers Coordinates the dissemination of the funds’ formal notifications to investors relating to prospectus updates, fund activities and AGMs/EGMs Assists in the production of sales reports on investors’ activity in funds, for sales teams, management and senior leaders Designs updates to investor forms Responds to RFP questions w.r.t.
topics and processes falling within its remit. Contributes to any IST and/or Funds Platform projects as assigned. Contributes to the quality of team processes and business acumen Skills/qualifications: Strong computer skills, including manipulation of large sets of data and reporting applications such as Tableau, and ability and appetite to learn & acquire new technology-related skills.
