DAI is looking to recruit an IT Support Engineers to join the expanding IT Ops Unit at DAI. The position will be permanent role; based within DAI Global UK Ltd. The role can be based in one of our corporate locations in Apsley (UK), Brussels (Belgium), Vienna (Austria) or Belgrade (Serbia).

The main purpose of the role is to provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support in person and remote support to the EU offices.
You will be providing support to around 320 staff, guests and remote users, working to resolve incidents as requests quickly and effectively, and escalating incidents to IT Network Operations team members when required. Key tasks, duties and responsibilities: Issues with workstations, printers, IP phones, client applications and AV equipment. Responding to incidents and service requests raised in DAI’s Service Desk within the SLA Proactively communicating issues to users and team members Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of client devices (Laptops/tablets/smartphones) and corporate applications (including windows operating systems, Office 365, IBM Notes) Maintenance and monitoring of server room equipment Providing assistance to DAI’s Systems Administrators in the installation and maintenance of LAN and WAN Evaluation of IT requirements for the office users.
Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience: Essential: Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience Laptop support experience Knowledge or Windows Server and Windows Client operation systems Knowledge of Windows network service: AD, DNS, Print and file sharing Fluent in verbal and written English Team player and good communication skills Proactive in solving issues Desirable: Knowledge of backup and restore services Knowledge of physical and logical LAN and WAN infrastructure principles The salary offered will be commensurate with relevant experience.
