Together with your colleagues, you will form the task force that masters assignments at users” workstations, sets up hardware on-site, installs software, troubleshoots, explains, advises, and provides rapid assistance.
Your Role: Provide technical support and consulting via ticket system (Microsoft 365, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) as well as for our in-house products (IT Security, WebHosting, CloudServer, MailServer) User and group management in hybrid Microsoft Azure AD environment Software distribution and hardware provisioning (on-site and remote) Mobile Device Management (MDM) administration Help users operating systems and applications Develop solutions for user-specific issues Monitor our server and network systems Assist in IT device management and procurement Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals Qualifications Completed training as IT specialist SI (m/f/d) or similar qualification 2-3 years of professional experience in IT support and user support (preferable) Very good knowledge of the current Microsoft Office 365 products Experience and/or good knowledge in Linux server and client environment Experience and/or good knowledge in the Apple iOS / MacOS area Ideally, broad knowledge of hardware-software solutions from various vendors The latest technology inspires you and you face problems as new challenges Reliability, ability to work in a team, and high customer orientation paired with an independent way of working Good English skills Additional Information Fast-growing high-tech company with a supreme network of investors and partners Ability to contribute directly to the future of aviation The chance to build up new things/projects from scratch Personal accountability, growth and learning opportunities, based on your personal strengths An inspiring working environment with modern workspaces, flexible work time, short lines of communication, flat structures, positive leadership, great team spirit Our differences make us stronger.
