About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and experienced Job Boards Manager to join our team and manage the effectiveness and return of investment for each Job Board we post openings.
What You’ll Do: -Build relationships with Job Boards in LATAM and the USA. Setup KPIs to get 100% efficient usage of all job posting quota available. Compare and manage contracts for all Job Boards.
Find new job boards to operate. Collaborate with different managers to align priorities. You must have: – 5 years of experience in Talent Recruitment.
Working knowledge of posting terms and business models. Experience Leading Teams based on KPIs and metrics. Experience in IT Industry head-hunting.
