The Position Due to exponential growth within the company’s group of top tier clients, the position of Key Account Manager has become available. This national role will see you take on the responsibility of upskilling and improving each client’s experience, through excellent relationship management as the first point of contact for all matters.

This is NOT a sales role and there is no expectation on revenue generation of upselling, you are solely focussed on nurturing each client. The role offers fantastic flexibility now common in modern and progressive big-business. With a large part of the role able to be performed remotely, individuals can choose to schedule work from home or the Brisbane based office.

The Candidate This position will be reserved for an enthusiastic and energetic individual holding a strong background in account management within the SAAS industry.
