In this role, you will work with our design and engineering teams to oversee each step in the client journey, including the registration flow, intake experience, session scheduling, and clinical outcomes. You will be responsible for helping to develop a strategy for our client products, create a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with a talented cross-functional team across sales, operations, engineering, design, and data to learn from early experiments and deliver results at scale.Overall, you will work to build new software products that support employees of our nation’s top health systems during a time of tremendous need. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital health, ideally in behavioral health. Ideal candidates will live in/around the Los Angeles area.RESPONSIBILITIESLead Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Craft delightful, data-driven product experiences to ensure our clients can onboard into Marvin easily & efficiently.
- Lead the design and build of new Marvin product lines, developed for our health system clients.
- Evolve & expand the value of our client portal, including new tools to support building behavioral health skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical, marketing and user success to drive continuous improvement of our landing page, signup flow, and core client products.
- Deeply understand the unique challenges of our healthcare clients to build a product suite to best support them.
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum qualifications:
- 8+ years in product management, a mix of healthcare/startup for those 8 years.
- 1 -> 100+ product experience: You have 6+ years of experience improving and iterating on product experiences that customers love.
- Significant experience in digital health product management, with a specialization towards behavioral health.
- 1-2 years of experience in software engineering or a degree in Computer Science, with an ability to manage and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
- Previous experience with agile / scrum process
- Committed to delivering exceptional quality work – obsessed with high quality user experiences
- Passionate about healthcare – interested in disrupting and elevating the benchmark
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate goals, tactics, process, get buy in across orgs
- Experience tackling ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment with an optimistic and energized attitude.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience as a top performer at a digital health or fast-growth startup.
- Analytics – proficient in use of excel / google sheets, SQL, familiarity with Mixpanel, python, R, or stata
- Extreme attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities at once.
