Newly created role with Australian tech social impact company Purpose-led, values driven company Flexible work arrangements, based in Pyrmont – remote working will be considered My client is a small but growing social impact tech company that is looking for a marketing all-rounder to drive inbound growth. This is a newly created role and an opportunity to grow with an innovative tech company and use your marketing skills to make a difference to some of the most important social causes in our community. The key objective for this role is for the person to drive inbound enterprise leads for the software sales team.
You will have autonomy over the channels and strategies you employ to drive new inbound leads. This role will suit someone who can take ownership and prove they can achieve results. You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in content or inbound marketing.
The ability to thing strategically as well as operate at a tactical level are essential. You will be part of a female-led business that prioritises flexibility and autonomy. The team is extremely hard working, accountable for their work and in return enjoy a culture of trust and flexibility.
There is potential for this role to extend and build and grow the marketing function including hiring an additional team member. In addition to the strategic side of things and leading the design and development of campaigns, this role is very hands on and tactical. You are the Marketing team and everything will be done in-house therefore if you are used to a role where you have traditionally managed agencies, freelancers and consultants, you will need to consider the hands on nature of this role.
The team come from a wide diversity of corporate careers but align in that they now want to commit their time and efforts to something that has a genuine impact. They are looking for someone who shares their interest and commitment to social impact and the greater good which is their internal and external driving force. The company is growing and currently looking at expanding into the Asia-Pacific and European markets.
The Head Office is in Pyrmont with flexible work arrangements on offer for all employees. The preference is to appoint someone on a full-time basis and flexible work patterns will absolutely be considered. They are also open to part-time, 4 days per week with flexibility.
