We are looking for a Medical Communications Content Manager to support exciting programs and create with the medical affairs team value through innovation in the field of CNS drug development.
Tasks & responsibilities In your new role you act as a Global Medical Communications Content Manager in our TA Med. CREA for BI’s CNS Medical Affairs (MA) portfolio with special focus on (cognitive impairment within) Schizophrenia and other psychiatric indications. In this context you ensure a seamless and best in class experience along the BI Customer journey shape the way that BI addresses HCPs & other stakeholders who are a target audience for medical CNS-related content, including payors and others.
You work in close alignment with the respective MA Teams but also in collaboration with the Digital Content Lead in Global MA to ensure BI speaks consistently “with one voice following the Medical Narrative”. You collect & interpret relevant insights on and from our customers through generated data to develop a tailored HCP journey for respective clinical target indications. Further to this, you translate (brand and cross-brand) your overall Medical Communications strategy by leveraging insights to help develop Communications content for all relevant target channels and respective indications.
You will help define how Medical Content fits into the overall content strategy and actively manage the Medical Communications content to ensure it is up to date – complement the content the customer is exposed to along its journey. You are used to collaborate closely with respective indication-specific MA teams but also in cross-functional teams, e.g.
Global MA, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Market Access etc. You are familiar with the competitive landscape and can provide customer insight-based guidance with respect to competitor landscape and scenario planning. Requirements Advanced degree matching the tasks of the role (Science background in combination with a digital/marketing/communication complement) Ideally, multiple years of experience in cross-functional work, ideally in the digital sector, medical or marketing communications for specialty care indications would be a plus Experience in customer experience management and/or digital medico-marketing, as well as OPU/Regional medico-marketing experience is a plus Excellent communication skills as well as presentation, training and facilitation skills Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work in virtual teams Strong written and oral communications skills in English Strong external focus to the international scientific community, top level medical experts and all relevant stakeholders Excellent team player with an analytic, proactive and goal-oriented attitude EFFECTS OF COVID-19 We will continue to hire talented people and we look forward to receiving your applications.
