Responsibilities Ensure best practice is leveraged in providing the solutions to target accounts Provide support to customers, particularly in Security products such as Firewalls, IPS, IDS (e.g. Palo Alto, Checkpoint, McAfee, Bluecoat, F5) products, transferring customers’ requirements into a solution based on Fujitsu solutions and services.
Owns technical design from concept to subsequent implementation; responsible for design, configuration, testing and commissioning of solutions Manage first level escalation of any deployment issues and problems. Note and escalate service development required to meet customer needs Identify and create business opportunities for Fujitsu target customers and prospects Participate in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customer needs, liaising and qualifying with other colleagues as necessary. Supports in the development of customer SLAs.
Present technical solutions and services to customers both formally and informally as required with minimum support. Stay abreast of technical issues, options and advancements within the internetworking industry relevant to the Fujitsu services’ portfolio Provide a consistently high quality (billable or non-billable) technical service to existing and new customers ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained or improved Requirements A relevant degree with at least 3-5 years of experience as technical sales support in network environment and relevant experience in project implementation CCNP certified a must, CCIE will be an added advantage Good knowledge in network systems, communications interfaces protocols and diagnostic tools Good experience on deploying security solutions such as Cisco ASA, FTD, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Juniper, McAfee IDS/IPS, F5 and Other network security systems Good knowledge of the following: Routing – Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP), QoS, route-map, PBR Switching – Stack, VSS, VDC, VPC, FHRP, FEX, Link aggregation, port security Firewall – Virtual context, ACL, NAT, Routing, IPsec Site-to-Site VPN, Remote access VPN, SSL vpn Network – MPLS, MetroE, p2p NFV – SDN, SDWAN, ACI, NSX IPS/IDS sensor installation & policy configuration Loadbalancer – Virtual server, service group Network Device Monitoring (Availability, performance, utilization) VOIP – CUCM, CUPC, unity server & Voice Gateway operation o OSI or TCP/IP model Responsibilities Ensure best practice is leveraged in providing the solutions to target accounts Provide support to customers, particularly in Security products such as Firewalls, IPS, IDS (e.g.
