For one of our clients who is located in Amsterdam, we are currently recruiting for a Norwegian speaking Country Coordinator to start on short notice. This versitile position is a good mix of sales, customer support and customer success and is therefore a good fit for someone who is looking for different tasks in a role. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating all business operations between our client and the store partners of our client Sales: account management for existing store partners and taking care of their requests, as well as cold calls and acquisition of new store partners Support: handling of all customer tickets and chats via customer support systems and handling all inbound/outbound calls Social: community/social management (communicating with stores via Facebook by video and/or chat) About you: You are someone who likes to combine the aspects of sales, support and social.
Next to this, you are an energetic go-getter and eager to learn. Currently the job will be done working from home, but when possible you will be working from the Amsterdam office.
