The Talent Management Central Team (TMC) is a department within Oliver Wyman and is designed to offer program management and administrative support to Talent Managers across a number of Talent Management processes. The TMC will have global responsibilities and will work seamlessly with the global Talent Management team, as well as with Talent Managers in each of our Practice Groups and Regions The TMC will also be responsible for interfacing with senior group of stakeholders from across the TM and HC function Coordinator Role requires mastery of core coordinator responsibilities, knowledge of Staffing and Performance Management system. Associates degree and/or experience, preferably working in performance management or HR administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Very strong Microsoft Excel (analytical) skills.
Ability to work remotely (as part of a global team) with limited supervision. Highly-organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team in a multicultural environment. Sense of humor. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Basic understanding of systems and an aptitude for learning to operate new systems of medium complexity. Please note that it will typically not be possible to take significant periods of vacation during approximately May, June, September, October, November, or December due to these being periods of critical work. Key Responsibilities:.
Activities related to programs and processes for consultant talent and performance management processes, including, but not limited to performance management, consultant programs, staffing system updates, reporting, developing training materials, and ad hoc Talent Management requests across Oliver Wyman Staffing MIS. Staffing system updates, FRODOW updates. Generate pre-defined and at hoc reports from staffing system.
Conduct weekly and ad hoc relevant analyses and audits. Performance management. General Performance Management administration (Career Review & Career Plan process, Project Reviews, and other review processes).
Providing clear and concise guidance to TMs on the process and how to execute things in the system. Global and PG/group reporting. Tracking and ad hoc reporting.
Ad hoc analysis on Talent Management activities. EU-Cross Border reporting. Labor Adjustments; time allotments rectification.
CM assignment reporting. TMC Head, TMC Warsaw Manager and Talent Managers support. Please note that while the role will focus on the areas above, some additional support for Talent Management activities may also be required.
