At Algolia, we are passionate about helping developers & product teams connect their users with what matters most in milliseconds As a Partner Channel Develope r, you will help build out our momentum in the strategic accounts space by recruiting and nurturing the relationships with our ecosystem of technology and services partners. As an integral part of the Global Alliances Team, the Partner Channel Developer will be the first line of communication between the company and potential partners. Responsible for identifying potential partners and creating qualified sales opportunities, the Partner Channel Developer will become a trusted resource and develop relationships with new partners.
The Partner Channel Developer will manage a pool of existing SMB partners driving technical and sales enablement, leverage joint marketing collateral, supporting joint selling and channel activities. In collaboration with the marketing team, this role will leverage presentations, email templates, sales training materials and marketing materials to enable and support our partner ecosystem. The Partner Channel Developer will also be responsible for developing one to one the top 5 partners in his/her territory to drive additional revenue.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF: You have the unique opportunity to drive the future of the SMB & Commercial business by developing the GTM in your territory to increase revenue from your portfolio of Partners Drive a community of 50 partners in the SMB/Commercial segments – local digital agencies, advisor firms, system integrators, technology companies – through marketing activities, training and enablement sessions on how to position Algolia, updates on sales resources and new product developments. Develop the community of partners through campaign recruitment, webinars, blogpost, Recruit and build a GTM with your top 5 partners to drive incremental pipeline Create joint activities with this set of top 5 partners Manage partner pipelines and work with the sales team to ensure partner sales execution against leads Qualify applications and partner leads through the partner portal YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE: Previous experience as quota carrying Sales, Alliance, Channel, Partner Manager, Partner Marketing Manager Proven ability to lead cross functional teams both internally and externally History of establishing new relationships with partners/customers History of driving joint co-selling and co-marketing activities Experience in a SaaS company is a plus Excellent spoken and written english any other language is a plus Years of experience range: 3 years WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN LIVE OUR VALUES: GRIT – Problem-solving and perseverance capability in an ever-changing and growing environment TRUST – Willingness to trust our co-workers and to take ownership CANDOR – Ability to receive and give constructive feedback.
