About the Role:As a Product Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for the workload management, wellbeing, and professional growth of the designers on your team. Craftsmanship, attention to detail, flexibility, and love for great products binds us together as a team.What You’ll Do:Lead a squad of designers inspiring them to deliver world-class user interfaces for cybersecurity.Partner with peers in design, engineering, and product management to prioritize, track, triage, and organize roadmap priorities for the team.Represent design in the broader organization including marketing, sales, support, documentation, and every other part of CrowdStrike.Mentor and coach designers in and out of your squad to grow their professional careers.Drive design reviews for your team and give/receive frequent feedback.Communicate and socialize design objectives and principles to the broader team.Develop knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services in order to drive consistency and cohesive solutions.What You’ll Need:Strong leadership skills working with designers, PM/Eng partners, and other managers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Hands on B2B SaaS product design expertise.Consumer app and mobile experience, bonus for cybersecurityFlexible context-switcher tracking and managing people and resourcing for multiple projects.Outstanding collaboration skills in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment.
