Schedule Details : Typically Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Travel to other ProHealth Care sites on a regular basis required after work from home restrictions lifted. The Project Engineer works with members of department(s) or service line(s) and develops recommendations for improvement. They focus on improving the availability and validity of information used in analysis, decision making, and monitoring operations performance.
The Project Engineer determines the most efficient and effective way to run the operation. What you will need: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering/Technical Field required. Masters Degree preferred At least 6 years of related experience Preferred Requirements: Industrial Engineering or Operations Management Experience Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other performance improvement methodology At least 3 years experience in a healthcare setting Project Management skills Change Management skills Ability to communicate and negotiate across the enterprise Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret descriptive analysis
