Context of the position:In Materials and Structural Analysis Division (MSD), we are transforming the way we design, develop and deliver services in order to increase value for our customers. This journey started with using data from our systems to initiate pro-active service for our customers which now has been included in several commercial propositions. Next to this pro-active service, these propositions also include other aspects like (remote) application support and (automated) workflow validation, all aimed to enable our customer achieve better and faster results.
These propositions are highly successful and to cope with the increasing number of users and the delivery of new propositions, we need to professionally develop and deploy these services integrally into the organization. Implementation of these new services includes all aspects: process and systems but definitely also organization and culture. This is a pretty new position, positioned centrally in the digital transformation program as it enables us to deliver on our promises; not only today but also preparing for the future in which we will define more and more commercial offerings that all need to be implemented and maintained .
