Experience in temp environment, executing database keyword search and initial telephonic and video screening interview experience required. Responsibilities for Remote Recruitment Administrator: Effectively communicate with candidates and instil a sense of urgency Screening of CVs Interviewing of candidates (Telephonic and video calls) Shortlisting suitable candidates Update database Update team in Sydney on a constant basis Ensure that all required documents (Soft copy) are received and stored on database Minimum requirements for Remote Recruitment Administrator: Grade 12 Previous experience in identifying suitable candidates based on keyword search and completing the first screening interview Independent worker with a strong work ethic Vibrant, friendly and a strong personality to manage interactions with Blue Collar Workers Previous experience within a similar role specific to temporary blue-collar workers Own computer / laptop Stable and fast internet access for VOIP calls Suitable space in the home that offers a quiet, uninterrupted workspace Technical proficiency to manage a paperless environment Able to work in a fast-paced environment
