Our client, a global e-commerce company is looking for a well-rounded Marketing Manager to join the Retail Brand team working across mass digital campaigns and global style guide development. This is an 11 month contract that is hybrid (3 days a week) with potential to extend.Must be located in Los Angeles, Seattle or New York City and be able to work 3 days a week in office.This person must be a strong writer who can develop integrated content briefs, a collaborative partner who can manage stakeholder relationships, and a self-starter who can hit the ground running with limited supervision. This individual will join a team of campaign and project managers who are at the center of a complex hub to bring cross-channel cross-category mass campaigns to life. They will work across Brand Planning, Creative, Media, Insights, Production, and external creative agency partners.Responsibilities include: • Develop creative briefs that direct design strategy throughout the year, as well as for retail campaigns that reinforce brand value and selection based on customer insights and business objectives. • Support end-to-end development of retail campaign development, including drafting strategic setup documents that guide strategic alignment and approvals through campaign lifecycle. • Support end-to-end strategy and execution of our retail style guides for retail events like Back to School, Holiday, and evergreen events (e.g., deals, seasonal) to drive increased global consistency and on-time project management across a wide range of stakeholders. • Liaise with business partners to gain alignment on strategy and creative development around campaigns and style guides • Oversee campaign and creative program management for key initiatives • Explore ways to build repeatable structures and communications mechanisms across teams that drive stronger business performance and ongoing sharing of learnings • Manage creative asset development & delivery across multiple channels • Identifies & assesses risks quickly, puts plans in place to mitigate or manage them, embraces invention, and operates in a consultative and partnered mindset to collaborate across teamsSend your resume today!
