Summary: We’re seeking a Senior Back-End Developer to design secure APIs and data systems for IRS tax platforms. You’ll mentor teams, refine AI-generated code, and work hybrid to deliver reliable Spring-based solutions for Clean Energy and BOLA.Responsibilities:
- Build RESTful APIs with Spring Boot and JUnit tests.
- Create Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
- Support Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments.
- Document systems and mentor developers.
- Collaborate in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- 5+ years of backend development in agile environments.
- Expertise in JPA, Spring (MVC, Boot, WebFlux, Cloud, Test, Security, Cache, JPA), RESTful APIs, JBoss EAP, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Git, JUnit, and agile methodologies.
- Oracle Certified Professional or OWASP certification.
Preferred:
- IRS backend experience.
- Knowledge of Swagger, OpenAPI, Splunk, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Java certification.
