The Senior Business Analyst is part of the Johnson & Johnson Consumer EMEA Supply Chain Excellence team. We are looking for a candidate that is a strong team player and strives for excellence and willingness to continuously learn. Y ou will be to cooperating with Supply Chain business teams and perform End to End analytics, as well as build business reporting for Portfolio Analytics to support key decision making.

Y ou are customer oriented and can quickly connect complex dependencies. You will be working closely with other regional and global teams to align on standards. Natural leadership skills are supporting you in identifying and interacting with key stakeholders to effectively drive outcome based on your analysis.

Y ou are a specialist in using systems and reporting tools i.e Alteryx, Excel, Tableau and capable to develop solutions on your own as well as train and educate stakeholders in using them regularly. Key Responsibilities: Develops reporting to enable E2E Supply Chain visibility.

Designs new analytics and uses it to recommend solutions to senior management. Interacts with key stakeholders to identify requirements and potential improvements. Represents and drives regional requirements in global initiatives.

Identifies new analytical capabilities based on external benchmark and best practices. Qualifications Experience, skills & proficiencies required: Mastery of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint is a must. 5 years of experience as Business Analyst, ideally focusing in business strategy and analysis Experiences developed in Consulting firms will be highly preferred Strong advocate and digital native of data-based decision making, and advanced knowledge of reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and processing (Alteryx).

Strong analytical skills, including capability to understand stakeholder requirements to provide business insights for decision making. Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking combined with presentation and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with team members across functions and seniority, in a multicultural environment (fluency in English required, other language beneficial).

Sense of urgency and accuracy with high attention to detail while able to see the big picture. Makes the complex clear and tangible in a high paced and rapidly changing environment Location: ideally the person will be located in Spain, Italy, Poland or Germany . Full remote working in other European Countries can also be taken into consideration.
