Role As a (Senior) Customer Solutions Consultant, you are a trusted advisor for our potential and existing customers and part of our competent Customer Operations team. You are a close partner of the sales team and use your technical expertise to help advise potential customers You will analyze the CRM setup of new and existing customers and find innovative and pragmatic solutions for their needs You define the technical architecture for new customers to integrate their data with CrossEngage (e.g.
via RESTful APIs and other technologies) and advise customers on implementation You coordinate the first use cases and integration plans with new customers and support the project managers during the implementation You support product management with your knowledge in the development of new products and integrations Required skills Your curiosity to understand complex technical relationships enables you to think outside-the-box and to develop innovative solutions You are reliable, goal-oriented, and have strong analytical skills In direct customer contact, you are always polite and can see things from their perspective You have experience in marketing-oriented CRM and have already worked with systems in this area (e.g. email service provider, mobile push notification provider, etc.
