What you’ll bring You have already created stuff from zero, like getting a software on the cloud or a devops pipe You like to challenge yourself with HARD engineering algorithms You love testing and improving code through CI/CD pipelines and unit, integration, and end-to-end testing; You have at least 4 years of experience working with Node and JavaScript; You have experience working in cross-functional teams, using agile frameworks; You can create and implement UI using React The role As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll join a cross-functional team building features to be used by multiple companies using the service for paying their employees.

You will develop engaging user experiences iteratively using modern technologies with a focus on experience and maintainability. Above all, we are looking for people who will make SplitC better. What you’ll do Work in a cross-functional small team with other developers and the co-founders; Help us to iterate fast and learn about our customers by planning, building, testing, and launching features; Collaborate with engineers to continuously improve our codebase, user experience, and processes; Work together with other team members through mob/pair programming, and code reviews; Contribute to the product by talking to customers, and sharing ideas on how to make the life of the customers easier About SplitC SplitC is on a mission to change the way that companies manage commissions and payments We’re on a high pace helping multiple companies modernize their processes of paying commissioned employees, avoiding errors, increasing transparency and making people’s lives easier.
