Title: Senior Incident Management Analyst (Remote)
Our ideal Senior Incident Management Analysis would have at least 8 years of IT experience in system administration & production support. Ideally with recent 5 or more years in incident management and ITSM processes analysis
The key objective for this role is to ensure optimal and efficient processes are implemented and followed to ensure maximum uptime of systems and prompt incident resolution. You will be focused on developing and improving incident response processes, tools, and capabilities.
You will be working within our Service Management team and will collaborate with all other IT teams to focus on the continual improvement of the Incident Management and related processes including incident review, problem, and change management.
You will provide leadership and direction to teams around the incident and related processes, and work with teams using these processes to evaluate their implementation and effectiveness. Does this sound like you?
