In this extremely rare role, you will oversee an immaculate portfolio and not have to do ANY leasing or administration. The Position In the role of Senior Property Manager / Department Head, your key responsibilities will include: Manage an exceptionally well-maintained portfolio of 120 managements close to the office Build strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants Attend to repairs and maintenance requests Manage arrears and conduct rent reviews Conduct ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections Prepare for and attend tribunal where required The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager / Department Head will have: A solid background in property management of minimum 5 years Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence First class written and verbal communication skills A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service Immaculate personal presentation Strong negotiation and conflict resolutions skills Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle The Perks Up to $100k salary package depending on experience NO leasing, NO admin and NO new business Monday to Friday role ONLY Flexible working hours ability to work from home Access to world-class systems and technologies ongoing professional development Autonomous role – be the most senior in the department Apply in Strict Confidence This role is newly listed today, not advertised anywhere else and is exclusive to P3 Recruitment.
