We’re looking for someone who can do more than just find bugs and write test cases. We are looking for someone who has the ability to inculcate quality assurance as a mindset within our developers, PM’s, designers and beyond. Achieving this goal means that you own end to end responsibility for the quality of the products and processes related to your team Requirements.

We’ll want you to:. Work from our Brazil office based in Porto Alegre and collaborate with our Scrum teams based in Berlin, Germany. Write test scenarios, create automated tests, perform QA during the design phase, suggest process improvements, be involved in hiring.

Be the intersection between engineering, product, and design in an effort to improve the quality of Door2Door’s major products. Implement a QA mindset within your team that have previously not worked with QA Engineers. Focus on agile principles and be a strong supporter of agile methodology in your team.

Communicate with the Tech and Business teams about quality issues. Learn continuously with quarterly personal learning goals and teach other colleagues from your existing experience. You’ll need to have:.

Very good written and verbal skills in English, since this role requires collaboration with our international, cross-functional teams based in Berlin. Bachelor degree in ComputerScience (CS), Information Technology (IT) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Unique skills or background is a plus 3 years of combined experience in both manual and automated testing for a software product or service company, preferably on agile projects.

Experience with these or similar tools is required – Selenium, TestNG, Jira, Maven, Rest APIs / Postman, Jenkins. Excellent analytical skills: proven ability to look at a problem from several angles. Proven ability to proactively identify potential vulnerabilities in software systems and processes.
